Sweet Spicy Avocado Granola Bites

I made granola with avocado and created granola bites which are healthy and on-the-go snack or breakfast. I added cashew nuts and dark chocolate, and seasoned with honey, chili and salt. As title, sweet spicy taste and crunchy outside and creamy inside delicious bites. Show more

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Chop cashew nuts and chocolate chips coarsely.
  2. 2. Halve avocado, pit and scoop avocado flesh out and mash in a bowl. Add oats, chocolate chips, cashew nuts, chili, salt and honey to the bowl and mix to combine.
  3. 3. Using a measuring one tablespoon, scoop the mixture, invert onto the parchment paper. Repeat this until the mixture is gone,. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until set.
