Sweet & Spicy Asian Grilling Sauce

Ingredients
- 9 1⁄2 cups Thai sweet chili sauce
- 14 1⁄4 cups Heinz ketchup
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups red pepper powder
- 6 ounces molasses (unsulfured)
- 4 tablespoons fresh ginger
- 1⁄3 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry basil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons coarse black pepper
- 1 cup dry sherry
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a heavy stockpot and simmer for 50-minutes or until thickened.
- Remove from heat and bring to room temperature.
- Transfer to canning jars and seal according to manufacture instructions.
