Sweet & Spicey Candied Pecans

Ingredients
- 1 lb pecan halves
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250.
- Sit aside pecans.
- Mix next 6 ingredients together in a large container with a lid.
- Mix egg white, vanilla, and water in a bowl big enough for the pecans to be tossed inches.
- Toss pecans in egg mixture.
- After pecans are well coated, transfer to the sugar mixture.
- Place top on the container with sugar and shake well to coat.
- Place coated pecans on a cookie sheet and bake at 250 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool well and enjoy.
