Sweet Sesame Snap Squares

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 cups toasted sesame seeds
- 1⁄4 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
Directions
- In a skillet over medium low heat, warm brown sugar, maple syrup and corn syrup, stirring until sugar is dissolved and mixture resembles caramel sauce, 3-4 minutes.
- Add sesame seeds and oil and mix well to combine.
- Spread onto a prepared baking sheet and let cool to room temperature. Transfer to a cutting board and cut into bite-sized pieces, about ½ inch square. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
