Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1⁄3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.
- cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4.
