Sweet Rolls

Ingredients
- 3 1⁄2 lbs flour
- 2 ounces flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 1⁄2 ounces compressed yeast or 1⁄4 cup active dry yeast
- 2 1⁄4 cups water
- 1⁄2 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 cup cinnamon
Directions
- Mix flour, sugar, milk, salt,oil.
- Place yeast in warm water to dissolve.
- Add to mixture mix well.
- Roll out dough.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar sprinkle on the dough.
- Roll up and cut in 1 inch thick; let rise.
- Bake until lightly brown.
- Bake at 350°F.
