Sweet Potato Yeast Bread

This hearty, healthy bread is made in a Cusinart Convection machine. Preparation time doesn't include the cooking of the sweet potato. You can experiment with the amount of wheat gluten and probably could add soda. It's a large loaf so it may touch the top lid. The ingredients are listed in the order to put into machine.

• 2⁄3 cup milk
• 1  teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1  cup mashed sweet potato
• 2  tablespoons  soft butter
• 2  tablespoons honey
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sea salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2  cups white bread flour
• 1  cup whole wheat bread flour
• 1⁄2 cup  whole grain spelt flour
• 1⁄2 cup  quinoa flour
• 1  teaspoon wheat gluten
• 2  teaspoons bread machine yeast
• 1⁄3 cup  coursely cut walnuts
