Sweet Potato Souffle Crunch

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes (cooking the sweet potatoes are not included in prep time)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons butter or 2 1⁄2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1⁄2 cup milk
Crunch Topping
- 2 1⁄2 tablespoons butter or 2 1⁄2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
- 1. Mix souffle ingredients together and pour into a greased baking dish.
- 2. Mix crunch topping ingredients together in seperate bowl.
- 3. Pour crunch topping over the souffle.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
