Directions

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Mix in eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt and milk.
  3. Fold in grated sweet potatoes. Pour into a buttered 2 quart baking dish and bake in a 400* oven for 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot.
