Sweet Potato Pie

This is very easy and creamy. If you like sweet potato pies, then this is the one to try.

Ingredients

• 1  lb  raw sweet potato
• 1⁄2 cup  softened butter
• 1  cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup milk
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 2 (9 inch)  unbaked pie crusts

Directions

1. Boil potato and mash. Add butter, sugar, and spices. Beat eggs and mix with milk. Add to potato mixture. Add vanilla. Pour into pie crust and bake at 350 deg. for 55 to 60 minutes.
