Sweet Potato Krispies Casserole

A wonderful sweet potato dish with a browned crunchy praline like topping. Use canned sweet potatoes to make it easy.

Ingredients

• Sweet Potatoes

• 3  cups  cooked mashed sweet potatoes
• 1  cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup  melted butter
• 2  eggs, well beaten
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄3 cup milk
• 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon

• Topping

• 2  cups  Rice Krispies
• 1  cup  chopped pecans
• 1  cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup butter, melted

Directions

1. Combine all sweet potatoes ingredients and spoon into 9x13 baking pan or casserole.
2. Mix all ingredients for topping and spoon over casserole.
3. Bake casserole at 400° for 30 minutes .
