Sweet Potato Fries

This is a great way to serve sweet potato.My kids love them. Don't be afraid to let them get good and brown.

Ingredients

• 3  cups  french fry cut sweet potatoes
• 3  tablespoons olive oil
• 1  tablespoon lime juice
• 1⁄2 lime, zest of
• 1  minced garlic clove
• 1  teaspoon chili powder
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. mix everything but potatoes in a large bowl.
2. add peeled and cut sweet potatoes and toss to coat.
3. dump everything on to a cookie sheet.
4. bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minutes stirring half way through.
5. I like to use parchment paper.
