Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
Topping
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup self-rising flour (if you use regular flour, add 1/4 tsp. baking powder)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, and salt.
- Blend well.
- Put in buttered baking dish (9x12).
- Mix the toping and sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until top is brown and crusty.
