Thanksgiving Sweet Potato Casserole

Another one of my Mama's. This is so good, you could eat it as a dessert if you wanted to. A must for Thanksgiving.

• Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

• 3  cups mashed sweet potatoes
• 1  cup sugar
• 2  eggs, beaten
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1⁄2 cup  melted butter
• 1⁄3 cup milk

• Topping

• 1  cup light brown sugar
• 1⁄3 cup flour
• 1  cup  chopped pecans
• 1⁄3 cup butter

Directions

1. Mix casserole ingredients together.
2. Put into greased 2 qt casserole dish.
3. Pour topping evenly over top.
4. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
