  1. Peel, cube and boil potatoes until tender.
  2. Mix potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla extract with a mixer.
  3. Spread into a greased 9x13 pan.
  4. Top with miniature marshmallows.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 until marshmallow topping is golden brown.
