Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 6 cups mashed sweet potatoes or 3 lbs sweet potatoes
- 2⁄3 cup eggnog
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Topping
- 3 cups crushed corn flakes
- 2⁄3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup chopped nuts
- 3⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggnog, sugar and salt. Transfer to a greased 2-qt casserole dish.
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top.
- Baked uncovered, at 350*, for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
