  1. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggnog, sugar and salt. Transfer to a greased 2-qt casserole dish.
  2. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top.
  3. Baked uncovered, at 350*, for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
