Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
Pecan Topping
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Bake potatoes until tender and caramelized (about 45 min @ 400 degrees).
- Take skin off when cooled and able to handle.
- Put in a large bowl and mash with butter.
- Pour into a buttered casserole and top with the pecan topping.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
