Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 cups sweet potatoes, cubed and cooked
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- topping mix
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup flour
- 1⁄3 cup butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts, blend together and sprinkle on top
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In an ovenproof dish, mix together potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla. Blend together the topping ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until hot.
