Sweet Pepper Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 cup finely sliced red bell pepper
- 1 cup finely sliced yellow bell pepper
- 1⁄2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
Directions
- In bowl, combine peppers and cilantro.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Toss until well coated.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
