Sweet Onion Kielbasa

  2. In a large skillet, bring 1/2 can of beer to a slow boil and add kielbasa.
  3. Cook until the beer is reduced by half, then add the remaining 6 ounces of beer.
  4. Add honey and mustard, and spices to taste.
  5. Let simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce reaches a thick, honey-like consistency.
  6. Saute onion in butter until onions are transparent.
