Sweet Onion and Prosciutto Pizza -No Tomato Sauce

Got the idea from a food network show and ran with it. If you're an onion fan you'll LOVE this pizza! Plus it's simple yet delicious!

• Serves: 2
• Yields: 1 small pizza

Ingredients

• 1  ready made  pizza crust
• 1  red onion
• 1  teaspoon butter
• 2  slices prosciutto
• 1  tablespoon olive oil
• 1  ounce  your favorite cheese

Directions

1. Add tsp butter to skillet at heat to medium.
2. Cut onion into thin slices.
3. Cook onion over medium heat until carmelized.
4. Top pizza crust with olive oil.
5. Spread cheese over top of crust. Top with Prosciutto.
6. Heat in over or toaster over at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
7. Removed from oven and add onion, spreading over entire pizza.
8. Cut and enjoy!
