Sweet Noodle Kugel With Marmalade and Preserves

Directions

  1. Cook noodles in salted water until tender; drain.
  2. Put butter in bottom of baking dish.
  3. Mix noodles with the preserves, marmalade, juice, eggs, sour cream, and raisins.
  4. Pour into buttered pan and bake at 375 degrees F. for about 1 hour, until well browned.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar when taken from the oven.
