Sweet Noodle Kugel

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) bag wide egg noodles
- 6 eggs
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄4 lb butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Cook noodles as directed. Place in large bowl.
- In blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, cream cheese, butter, sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture over noodles and transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Prepare crumb topping by mixing graham crackers, brown sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle over top.
- Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
