Sweet N Tangy Dressing

Several years ago my sister-in-law made this salad dressing and it quickly became a family favorite.

• Yields: 2 cups

Ingredients

• 1  cup  vegetable oil
• 3⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper

Directions

1. Combing all ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid.
2. Shake Well.
3. Drizzle over salad greens and toss to coat.
