Sweet-N-Spicy Coleslaw

Ingredients
- 1 head green cabbage
- 4 carrots (peeled and chopped in chunks)
- 1 yellow onion (chopped)
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup mustard
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 dash salt and pepper
Directions
- Quarter cabbage and remove core. Grate the cabbage, carrots and onion in a food processor, then toss them in a large bowl. For dressing, whisk the remaining ingredients together, and toss with the vegetables, add salt and pepper and chill for two hours.
