Sweet N Sour Sauce for Meatballs and Wings

This sauce is so easy and can be used for a variety of foods. Just pour over meatballs or pour over cooked wings and put under the broiler.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
• 1  tablespoon cornstarch
• 1  can pineapple chunks in juice
• 1⁄3 cup vinegar
• 1  tablespoon soy sauce
• 1  small  chopped green pepper
• 1  small  chopped  red pepper, optional

Directions

1. Mix sugar and starch.
2. Add all ingredients in a medium saucepan EXCEPT the peppers.
3. Heat slowly to a boil, stirring often.
4. Add peppers.
5. Simmer 3-5 minutes.
