Sweet N Sour Chicken Kabobs

Don't waste money buying the pre made store kabobs that are limited on the amount of great food you can fit on that skewer, so easy to make and taste much better when it's fresh and you cooked it !! If you are using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in cold water for 20 min before putting on your food. Should make enough for 8 to 10 skewers. Show more

Directions

  1. Heat grill or grill pan on medium heat, assemble chicken, zucchini, pineapple, onion and pepper chunks onto skewers and season with salt and pepper. In a bowl mix ketchup, maple syrup, worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce, keep half of the sauce for later and brush the rest onto skewers. Grill each side about four min or until chunks are lightly charred and chicken is cooked through, then brush rest of sauce onto skewers and enjoy.
