Sweet Mustard Dressing

This is something I whipped up for a salad at the last minute. This is for those who really like the sweet, sweet dressings, especially kids! It has kind of a tang but then has a very sweet side to it, too. You can adjust flavors depending on what you like! Enjoy!

• Serves: 6-8
• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1  tablespoon mayonnaise
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice
• 1⁄3 cup canola oil
• 1⁄4 cup corn syrup
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons  prepared Dijon mustard
• 1  dash pepper

Directions

1. Combine all in a bowl and whisk together. Store in the refrigerator.
