Sweet Lemon Tea Bread (Abm)

This one really is made with tea!

Ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup milk
• 1⁄4 cup water
• 12  tablespoons instant tea powder
• 1  egg
• 2  tablespoons butter or 2  tablespoons margarine, cut up
• 3  cups bread flour
• 3  tablespoons sugar
• 2  teaspoons lemon peel, finely shredded
• 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cardamom
• 1  teaspoon active dry yeast or 1  teaspoon bread machine yeast

Directions

1. Select the 1 1/2 lb loaf size. Add the ingredients according to the manufacturer's directions, adding the tea with the liquid. Select the basic white bread cycle.
