Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄2 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and pour in an oven proof dish.
- Sprinkle a little more flour on the top.
- Bake at 350 deg F for 45 minutes.
