Ingredients
- 1 lb carrot, peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Directions
- Place sliced carrots into a pan, cover with water and boil until tender about 15 minutes.
- Drain water.
- Add brown sugar and butter to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until it turns to a nice glaze. About 5-10 minutes.
