Sweet Egg Cappuccino

My granny used to make this as a treat. You can increase the amount of sugar if you like it really sweet.

• Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

• 1  egg
• 1  cup coffee, hot
• 1  teaspoon sugar

Directions

1. Beat egg and sugar until foamy.
2. Slowly beat in hot coffee - carefully or the egg will curdle!
3. Serve immediately.
4. Enjoy!
