Sweet Corn Pudding Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) bag green giant niblets frozen corn
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn
- 1 (14 3/4ounce) can cream-style sweet corn
- 1 (6 1/2ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup butter or 1⁄4 cup margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
- In 3 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Cover; cook on Low setting 3 hours.
- Stir mixture; cover and cook 2 to 3 hours longer or until pudding is slightly puffed in center.
