Sweet Corn Pudding Recipe

Delicious with ham. Easy because you use your slow cooker.

Ingredients

• 1 (1 lb) bag  green giant niblets frozen corn
• 2 (11 ounce) cans  mexicorn
• 1 (14 3/4ounce) can  cream-style sweet corn
• 1 (6 1/2ounce) package  corn muffin mix
• 3⁄4 cup water
• 1⁄4 cup butter or 1⁄4 cup margarine, melted
• 1  teaspoon salt

Directions

1. In 3 to 4 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients; mix well.
2. Cover; cook on Low setting 3 hours.
3. Stir mixture; cover and cook 2 to 3 hours longer or until pudding is slightly puffed in center.
