Sweet Corn For The Freezer

A friend gave me this recipe, we couldn't believe it! The corn stays crisp, and tasts great! Will keep in a tightly sealed container for 6 months. Show more

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Spread out in large shallow containers to cool.
  4. Spoon into freezer containers, or bags.
  5. Freeze.
