Sweet Corn Cake

Ingredients
- 1 (8 1/2ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 (14 3/4ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 (14 3/4ounce) can corn
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick spray.
- Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread evenly in pan.
- Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes. Cake will be "set", but still soft and moist.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
