Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce

Sweet Sauce for dipping Chicken, Pork, or even Beef

• Yields: 1 1/2 Cups

Ingredients

• 3  tablespoons garlic, Chopped
• 3  tablespoons canola oil
• 1  cup  sweet chili sauce
• 1⁄3 cup vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup peanuts, Ground
• 1⁄4 cup cilantro, Chopped
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper (to taste)

Directions

1. In a frying pan over medium heat, fry the garlic with canola oil until golden, Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl to blend, Set Aside.
