Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar or 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Place carrots in a covered microwave dish.
- Put in about 2 Tablespoons water.
- Cover and microwave on high about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Drain water.
- Add the brown sugar, butter, vinegar and salt.
- Toss until butter is melted and carrots are coated.
