Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Butter

Flavoured butters captured my attention during ZWT & I now even have a cookbook devoted to them. I struck gold at recipegoldmine.com, found 4 new varieties I could not find here at RZ & decided to enter them. This is the 2nd. Enjoy!

• Serves: 12
• Yields: 1 1/2 1.5 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 lb butter (softened)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 4  ounces barbecue sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's recommended of course)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoning salt

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
2. Serve w/corn on the cob, fish, boiled or baked potatoes & bread or rolls.
3. NOTE: Serving size has been estimated, but will very according to use.
