Sweet and Tangy Bean Pie

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked beans
- 6 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 slices bacon
Directions
- Pour off any liquid from beans and mash thoroughly, whipping into a smooth paste.
- Pour into a 9 inch pie plate. Spread evenly. Pour vinegar over beans, then sprinkle with brown sugar. Place 4 slices of uncooked bacon on pie.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 18 to 22 min or till bacon is brown.
