Ingredients

  • 1  cup  no-sugar-added nonfat vanilla yogurt (8 oz.)
  • 14 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  •  apple, cored and sliced (optional)
  •  pear, cored and sliced (optional)
  •  vanilla wafer (optional)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Serve as dip with apple or pear slices or vanilla wafers.
