Sweet and Spicy Brussels Sprouts

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 12 ounces Brussels sprouts
- 3 -4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon walnut oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. If using frozen brussels sprouts, let them thaw out. Cut sprouts in half.
- Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. You want a nice caramelized look to them.
- Serve and enjoy!
