Sweet and Sour Vegetable Dip

Very yummy and like most dips always better the next day!

• Serves: 6-8

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup icing sugar
• 1⁄2 cup vinegar
• 1  finely chopped onion
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 1  cup ketchup
• 1⁄2 cup  vegetable oil
• 1  finely chopped garlic clove

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
