Sweet and Sour Sausages

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, brown sausages in butter.
  3. In a large bowl, stir together the peaches, chili sauce, sugar, ketchup, onion & curry powder, then stir in the sausages.
  4. Transfer to the prepared baking dish & bake for 30 minutes, then stir, before baking for another 15 minutes or until bubbly.
