Sweet and Sour Sausages

Ingredients
- 2 (16 ounce) packages sausages, miniature, smoked
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 (15 1/4ounce) can peaches, sliced, drained, halved
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 3⁄4 cup granulated sugar
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon onion, dried, minced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F & grease a 2-quart baking dish.
- In a large skillet, brown sausages in butter.
- In a large bowl, stir together the peaches, chili sauce, sugar, ketchup, onion & curry powder, then stir in the sausages.
- Transfer to the prepared baking dish & bake for 30 minutes, then stir, before baking for another 15 minutes or until bubbly.
