Sweet and Sour Sauce

I got this recipe from Cooking with Paula Deen magazine. It's a good basic sauce, perfect for eggrolls.

• Serves: 10
• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

• 6  ounces  pineapple juice
• 1⁄2 cup ketchup
• 2  tablespoons soy sauce
• 2  tablespoons rice vinegar
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 2  teaspoons cornstarch

Directions

1. In small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until mixture comes to boil.
2. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and serve.
