Sweet and Sour Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 -4 ounce) package  ramen noodles, any flavor
  • 1  tablespoon  vegetable oil
  • 12 red bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
  • 3 -4  ounces  Spam or 3 -4  ounces ham, cut in bite-size chunks
  • 1 (7 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 12 cup ketchup
  •  chili-garlic sauce, to taste

Directions

  1. Boil ramen in water until they soften and the noodles separate. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a skillet until it shimmers. Add the bell pepper and Spam and saute until hot. Add pineapple (with its juice), ketchup, chili-garlic sauce and noodles. Toss until coated and serve.
