Sweet and Sour Pineapple Ham Steaks

Ingredients
- 8 ounces crushed pineapple or 8 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
- 1⁄4 cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon less sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- leftover ham slices
Directions
- Combine pineapple, vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and soy sauce in a saucepan and heat to boiling.
- Stir cornstarch with water. Stir into sauce and boil 1 minute.
- Spoon over warmed slices of leftover ham. Serve extra sauce on the side.
