Sweet and Sour Pearl Onions

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup distilled white vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon thyme
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen pearl onions
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Directions
- In a nonstick skillet, bring vinegar, sugar, salt and thyme to a boil.
- Add onions. Cover and simmer until tender.
- Uncover and cook until glazed.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
