Sweet and Sour Marinade for Grilled Chicken

Great marinade for grilled chicken! Just as good for wings and drumettes, too!

• Yields: 1 3/4 cups

Ingredients

• 3⁄4 cup  oil
• 3⁄4 cup cider vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup honey
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  teaspoon dried ginger
• 1  teaspoon soy sauce
•  salt and pepper

Directions

1. Put all ingredients into a jar, close tightly, shake well.
2. Use this to marinate chicken for 2-4 hours.
3. Cook chicken on the grill.
