Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce

Yields: 2/3 cups

Ingredients

  • 34 cup sugar
  • 34 cup distilled vinegar
  • 1  small  red  chili, fresh (stemmed, seeded, finely chopped)
  • 12 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Boil until reduce to 2/3 cup.
  3. Pour into a seving bowl; serve warm or at room temperature.
