Sweet and Sour Chili Sauce

Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 3⁄4 cup distilled vinegar
- 1 small red chili, fresh (stemmed, seeded, finely chopped)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Boil until reduce to 2/3 cup.
- Pour into a seving bowl; serve warm or at room temperature.
