Sweet and Sour Carrot Salad

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh bean sprouts
- 3⁄4 cup shredded carrot
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
- 1⁄2 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
- 1⁄4 cup sliced green onion
- 1⁄4 cup chopped banana pepper
- 1⁄2 cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Directions
- Combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, tossing well. Combine the vinegar and remaining ingredients, stirring well with a whisk.
- Pour the vinegar mixture over sprout mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill.
